Our open application for Spring 2012 is closed. Thank you so much to all who applied! We are anxious to look through the work of so many wonderful artisans. If you missed out, feel free to fill out the application below to be put on our waiting list. Occasionally, we will have an opening or two as the show nears. You may also submit the application if you are interested in having a display at Goldilocks Ride (see below).
Spring 2012 Information
Thank you for your interest in Oh Sweet Sadie! We are dedicated to providing exposure for local artists and vendors as well as an amazing shopping experience for the community. We're looking forward to a wonderful, full show, even more than usual because OSS will be running in conjunction with Breathing Space: A Blogger's Retreat (great for exposure and networking!), and will also be the location of Goldilock Ride's packet pick up (1,000+ women coming through the show). Our open application process is for all new and returning artisans, so please submit the form below if you are interested in joining the party.
To minimize competition among vendors and to create a well-rounded show, we are careful to not over saturate any area of product, therefore, artisans are juried on product originality and quality as well as packaging, display, and overall appeal. Oh Sweet Sadie! is over 90% handmade. We occasionally accept vendors who do not hand make their own products, but do do favor handmade, and they take priority over others. No party type or MLM businesses please, whether jewelry, home decor, or wickless candles, etc. Also, we know that many of you make and sell quite a variety of items. Please be aware that your application may be accepted for some and not others. If you are only interested in joining OSS if certain products can be brought, please be sure to include that information in your application. Our spring show is a great time to sell for the following...Mother's Day, Father's Day, graduations, thank you gifts for teachers and coaches, summer clothing, accessories, and home goods, and the 4th of July and other patriotic holidays.
We do wish we could take everyone who applies, but space is limited for each show. Sometimes we have five times the number of applicants for any given area than we are able to take. If we are unable to take you this season, it doesn't mean we won't ever be able to have you, so please give it another shot!

Jurying complete and artisans announced on ohsweetsadie.com: by Monday, March 19th at 11:59pm
Contract and entry fees due: Wednesday, March 21st
Spring 2012 Show: Thursday, May 3rd (opening night party) through Saturday, May 5th
Oh Sweet Sadie! uses a central checkout system and retains a 15% commission. Artisans are required to work one 2-3 hour shift at the show per 6' booth space.
All displays are 3' deep and one-sided, unless purchasing 2 back-to-back spaces or a "cluster". Entry fees go toward extensive advertising and the business expenses of running a show this size. The fees for our 3-day spring show are as follows:
1' to 6' wide: $80
6' to 12' wide: $155
12' to 18' wide: $225
18' to 24' wide: $290 (four spots running long)
12' by 6' cluster: $270 (this is the best rate for large displays. Four spots will create your own center "cluster", visible on all sides.)
We take a limited number of advertising artisans who fit the regular criteria of the show (photographers, custom work, etc.) and charge a double fee in exchange for no sales or commission.
Oh Sweet Sadie! will be THE shopping at Goldilocks in Herriman, an AWESOME women's bike ride. It has sold out with 1500 registered riders, so apply to come and show these women your wares! This is the first time we have included this in our open application, and are offering a great entry fee of $30 per 6' space, plus 15% commission, with a central checkout as usual. May 12th (the day before Mother's Day!), before sunrise until 3:00-ish, rain or shine.
